★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez pior, as últimas duas experiências (e certamente as últimas) com essa "Empresa", foram frustrantes. A base de atendimento de Salvador é horrível, é inoperante, incapaz e mal educada. Na última vez fizemos um pedido de transporte, pagamos por ele, com a Nota Fiscal em nosso nome, e não é permitida a retirada no local sem a autorização da fornecedora, EU CONTRATEI O SERVIÇO, EU PAGUEI PELO SERVIÇO E A NOTA FISCAL ESTÁ EM MEU NOME. mas a cobrança de 50% adicionada ao valor do frete + impostos para nova entrega é a "política" usada pela companhia. O produto não foi entregue pq segundo eles não havia ninguém no local quando o frete chegou, não há comunicação da entrega na data específica, e em pleno século XXI e o uso de celular parece que não faz parte da comunicação usada pela "Transportadora", mais uma Empresa com os dias contados.
Worse and worse, the last two experiences (and certainly the last ones) with this "Company" were frustrating. Salvador's service base is horrible, inoperative, incapable and poorly educated. The last time we placed a transport order, we paid for it, with the Invoice in our name, and on-site pick-up is not allowed without the supplier's authorization, I CONTRACTED THE SERVICE, I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND THE INVOICE IS IN MY NAME. but the charge of 50% added to the value of shipping + taxes for new delivery is the "policy" used by the company. The product was not delivered because, according to them, there was no one at the place when the freight arrived, there is no communication of delivery on the specific date, and in the 21st century and the use of cell phones seems to be not part of the communication used by the "Transporter", another Company with its days numbered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa da PIOR qualidade... Simplesmente tinham 4 caixas para transportar e chegou 1... Em contato, fui informado que " ESQUECERAM" as outras 3 caixas. Tive que esperar mais 1 semana onde diziam dar prioridade mas atrasaram DE NOVO... digno de piada... NUNCA contratem essa empresa.. Profissionalismo ZERO e não estão ligando para o cliente...
WORST quality company... They just had 4 boxes to transport and 1 arrived... In contact, I was informed that they "FORGOT" the other 3 boxes. I had to wait another week where they said to give priority but delayed AGAIN... worthy of a joke... NEVER hire this company... ZERO professionalism and they are not calling the customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora horrivel a minha mercadoria foi retida pela fiscalização mesmo tendo nota fiscal tudo certinho, hj liguei não da resposta concreta bem igonarante, antes de compra alguma coisa veja a Transportadora se for essa, corra é cilada.
Horrible carrier my merchandise was withheld by the inspection even though I had the invoice all right, today I called no of the very ignorant concrete answer, before buying something see the Carrier if it is that, run is a trap.

I called to make a quote and they never returned, I needed to post a merchandise to Petrolina and even though I called again they didn't answer my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Q transportadora horrível, atendimento péssimo simplesmente dizem q o endereço n foi localizado e não entregam o produto, não dão prioridade mesmo o frete sendo pago. Confusão, falta de informação e despreparo dos funcionários para cm os clientes.
What a horrible carrier, terrible service, they just say the address was not located and they don't deliver the product, they don't give priority even though the shipping is paid. Confusion, lack of information and unpreparedness of employees for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notbook foi enviao pela minha empresa e chegou a Salvador dia 03. Estimativa pra chegar hoje (dia 05). Deu sinal de saída pra entrega as 16:08. Agora são 20:08 e NADA - nem uma mensagem. A cada dia que perco é um dia a menos de trabalho. UM ABSURDO UMA EMPRESA QUE SE DIZ DE "TRANSPORTES URGENTES" cometer um papelão desses. Se você se propõe a ser uma empresa de transporte e não consegue se quer 1- ENTREGAR NO PRAZO e 2- COMUNICAR DIREITO - Você falhou como negócio e não merece respaldo. 1 estrela.
My notebook was sent by my company and arrived in Salvador on the 3rd. Estimated to arrive today (the 5th). He gave an exit signal for delivery at 16:08. It is now 20:08 and NOTHING - not even a message. Every day I lose is one less day of work. ABSURD A COMPANY THAT SAYS "URGENT TRANSPORTATION" commits such a piece of cardboard. If you propose to be a transport company and you are unable to 1- DELIVER ON TIME and 2- COMMUNICATE RIGHT - You have failed as a business and do not deserve support. 1 star.
