★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom . Ele poderia colocar uns pessoal pra limpar as mesa pois eu cheguei e tinha pratos sujos em cima da mesa. Tinha dois entregador fazendo nada do lado de fora só conversando e não avisaram pra equipe cuidar da mesa . Ele tem que melhora isso aí.
Very good . He could put some people to clean the tables because I arrived and had dirty dishes on the table. There were two delivery guys doing nothing outside just talking and they didn't tell the team to take care of the table. He has to improve it there.

Good food but eh a little expensive. The service is kind of bad because there is no one to take the menu and clean the tables. They get paid in advance of something else that I think is bad .. other than that the food is great

Péssimo suporte pelo site e pra piorar atrasa na entrega.
Os lanches são deliciosos, mas perdemos o prazer em comer, diante, do descaso deste estabelecimento com o cliente.
Terrible to return. They don't answer on whats, or direct or by phone.
Terrible support on the site and to make matters worse, late delivery.
Snacks are delicious, but we lost the pleasure of eating, due to the neglect of this establishment with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida era no passado até boa, atualmente estão bem desorganizados. A falta de consideração no que se trata ao cliente é um descaso. Eles não se importam tanto na satisfação dos clientes por ter uma clientela grande. Não atendem o telefone, você vai pra o site, eles cancelam seu pedido sem nem lhe dá satisfação. Descaso total! Insatisfeita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEMPRE FIZ PEDIDOS AQUI DESDE QUE ERA MIX LANCHES, SEMPRE ADOREI E ELOGIEI! Mas foram muito desrespeitosos. Fizemos um pedido de 18:45. O prazo de entrega era de 40 minutos. O pedido chegou de 23h, tentei entrar em contato por whatsapp e telefone e NADA, depois disso nem para avisarem que ia atrasar ou pedirem desculpa. Tínhamos convidados em casa, que acabaram indo embora e nada do jantar chegar. Quando chegou de 23h mandei levarem de volta. Não pretendo mais pedir nada em James Food.
I HAVE ALWAYS ORDERED HERE SINCE IT WAS MIX SNACKS, I ALWAYS LOVED AND COMPLIED IT! But they were very disrespectful. We placed an order at 18:45. Delivery time was 40 minutes. The order arrived at 11 pm, I tried to contact by whatsapp and phone and NOTHING, after that not even to let them know I was going to be late or to apologize. We had guests at home, who ended up leaving and no dinner coming. When it arrived at 11 pm I had it taken back. I don't plan on ordering anything from James Food anymore.
