★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos , eu e minha esposa, por uma semana em São Pedro, somos de São Paulo, fizemos contato com algumas imobiliárias uma semana antes de chegarmos e enviamos os links das casas que estávamos procurando para compra, para que os corretores pudessem alinhar com os proprietários as visitas , pois fomos especialmente para São Pedro para visitar imóveis e todos os corretores que contatamos sabiam disso , marcamos dia e período com cada imobiliária. A Jamil foi a primeira imobiliária que visitamos, já estava tudo combinado com o corretor João Antônio para vermos os imóveis , tivemos a surpresa de que ele nos informou na hora que não tinha conseguido agendar nenhuma das casas para visita , para cada casa ele nos deu uma desculpa e ficou de entrar em contato conosco no dia seguinte pois iríamos embora no final da semana, todas as imobiliárias que contatamos da cidade de São Pedro e que visitamos depois da Jamil , já tinham os agendamentos prontos inclusive casas que o João Antônio deu desculpas que não conseguiu agendar nós conseguimos visitar! Como pode? Observamos também que tinham várias casas com o perfil que estavámos procurando e não nos foi mostrado por ele, já faz uma semana que voltamos para São Paulo e não tivemos nenhum retorno, indignação, falta de profissionalismo e falta de respeito!!!
My wife and I were in São Pedro for a week, we are from São Paulo, we made contact with some real estate agencies a week before we arrived and we sent the links of the houses we were looking for to buy, so that the realtors could align with the owners. the visits, as we went especially to São Pedro to visit properties and all the brokers we contacted knew about it, we set a date and period with each real estate agency. Jamil was the first real estate agency we visited, everything had already been arranged with the realtor João Antônio to see the properties, we were surprised that he told us right away that he had not been able to schedule any of the houses to visit, for each house he gave us an apology and he was to get in touch with us the next day because we would leave at the end of the week, all the real estate agencies that we contacted in the city of São Pedro and that we visited after Jamil already had the appointments ready, including houses that João Antônio apologized who couldn't schedule, we managed to visit! How can you? We also noticed that there were several houses with the profile we were looking for and it wasn't shown to us by him, it's been a week since we returned to São Paulo and we didn't have any feedback, indignation, lack of professionalism and lack of respect!!!
