★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fornecida pela vendedora Célia. Solicitei o valor do frete de uma porta para o meu CEP, de pronto ela me enviou o valor do frete. Quando perguntei sobre a quantidade de vidros e, medidas aproximadas do vão onde vai o vidro, ela disse que não seria possível informar. No meu ponto de vista, falta um pouco de força de vontade, por parte da vendedora.

A Loja tem um bom atendimento e comprometimento com a qualidade do produto. Indico com toda tranquilidade, pois realizei diversas compras em outros sites e já fui prejudicado por mal atendimento e falta de caráter na entrega da mercadoria. Acabei realizando a compra juntamente ao Tácio que é gerente da unidade e que também se prontificou a me atender e a buscar realizar a melhor experiência de vendas. Recomendo muito mesmo a todos. Inclusive o pós venda tem sido muito agradável e fácil de comunicar com todos por lá. Recomendo!

Já comprei 9 janelas e 2 portas grandes e chegou bem apesar da dificuldade de entregar no interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do vendedor foi ótimo, porém tive muito desgosto ao ver como a porta foi entregue, como nas fotos pode se ver que nem ao menos foi embalada, veio com vários defeitos ocasionados durante o transporte, que seriam evitados se tivesse uma embalagem minimamente decente.
Fiz contato com o vendedor, que tentou ajudar porém seus superiores disseram que se eu não estivesse satisfeito eles buscariam a porta e devolveriam o dinheiro.....total falta de atenção com o cliente, infelizmente!!!
Não voltaria a fazer negócio!
The seller's service was great, but I was very disappointed to see how the door was delivered, as in the photos you can see that it was not even packed, it came with several defects caused during transport, which would have been avoided if it had had a minimally decent packaging .
I contacted the seller, who tried to help but his superiors said that if I was not satisfied they would look for the door and return the money.....total lack of attention to the customer, unfortunately!!!
Would not do business again!
