★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site não funciona telefone ninguém atende aí complica eu paguei antecipado o acordo do IPTU e agora quando vcs vão me devolver o dinheiro que bloquearam ??? Como fasso??? Deveria ser automático ou tenho que perder horas de serviço pra ir na prefeitura enfrentar aglomeração????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi uma carta com uma cobrança indevida e mesmo que fosse pra pagar, preciso ir na prefeitura, onde ligo e ninguém atende. Eu não moro em Jandira e ainda passo a semana toda no Interior de SP. Tá difícil. Fora que perdi um dia de serviço na segunda, pra ir na prefeitura, no caminho descobri que estava fechada, emendou com feriado de terça dia 08/12 que eu nem sabia que existia.
I received a letter with an undue charge and even if it was to pay, I need to go to the city hall, where I call and no one answers. I don't live in Jandira and I still spend the whole week in the interior of SP. It's hard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone ninguém atende. Um cachorro com coberta dentro do local. Adoro cachorro mas.... atendimento péssimo e o prédio, pelo amor de Deus. Parece que você está entrando num local dos anos 70 que a gente ver em filmes brasileiros. Horrível!
Alô Prefeito e Vereadores de Jandira, acho que poderiam ter vergonha dessa situação e fazer alguma coisa né?!

No one answers the phone. A dog with a blanket inside the place. I love dogs but .... terrible service and the building, for God's sake. It seems that you are entering a place from the 70s that we see in Brazilian films. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cidade horrível, sem infra estrutura, prefeitura reflete a cidade, PARA FICAR RUIM, precisa melhorar MUITO !!!
Resolveram na surdina, construir uma nova sede da Prefeitura, enquanto a cidade não possui nem Hospital.
Com o novo prefeito Dr. Sato, parece que melhorou o atendimento na sede da Prefeitura, pelo menos estão atendendo os telefones, e houve este ano ( 2022 ) renegociação de dividas relacionadoa à Prefeitura.
Já que o IPTU é um dos mais altos da região, a cidade deveria ter melhor infraestrutura, melhores serviços, hospitais, segurança e melhor educação.
Horrible city, no infrastructure, city hall reflects the city, TO GET BAD, it needs to improve A LOT!!!
They decided on the sly, to build a new City Hall headquarters, while the city doesn't even have a Hospital.
With the new mayor Dr. Sato, it seems that the service at the City Hall headquarters has improved, at least they are answering the phones, and this year (2022) there was a renegotiation of debts related to the City Hall.
Since the IPTU is one of the highest in the region, the city should have better infrastructure, better services, hospitals, security and better education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone não funciona.Não são capazes de entregar boleto do imposto no endereço certo, sendo que já fui na prefeitura fazer a mudança.Fora que o IPTU é um absurdo! Ao invés de ter um hospital decente, constrói um prédio suntuoso para um serviço que continua ruim.

Pelo amor, esses dias apareceu um Tucano no meu condomínio porque provavelmente fugiu das árvores que estavam sendo derrubadas, já faz mais de 1 semana que estão cortando essas árvores. O parque está ficando horrível. Os animais com certeza irão morrer por não ter onde ficar. E no calor quem é que vai aguentar ficar lá? Será que todas essas árvores estavam em risco de queda? Dúvido muito! Deve haver interesse por trás disso ?
