My experience with systemic constellation was very interesting and enlightening.
The entire family context in which I live was approached in a very real and direct way, easy to understand, where all the events mentioned fit together in a coherent way.
I managed to have a lighter, more guilt-free perception and with that I was able to free myself from the “shackles” that bind us to the past.
In conclusion, it was an amazing experience!
