The experience I had was not the best, I got in touch and tried to make some orders through the ZAP but unfortunately I did not conclude this because the service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são lindas e os preços são ótimos, mas deixam MUITO a desejar no atendimento. Já fui 3 vezes na loja e nunca fui bem atendida, ninguém chegou perguntando se eu queria ajuda, tive que escolher as peças e descobri o valor só na hora de pagar mesmo. ( acho que só dão atenção para clientes atacado que dão maior lucro pra loja).
The pieces are beautiful and the prices are great, but leave a lot to be desired in service. I've been to the store 3 times and never been well attended, nobody came asking if I wanted help, I had to choose the parts and found the value just when paying. (I think they only pay attention to wholesale customers who give more profit to the store).
