★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito bom, qualidade do serviço é sem igual, porém o atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar. O cliente quando chega fica meio que jogado, não tem ninguém que o acompanhe. Por exemplo, minha esposa Chegou pra fazer um procedimento e mandaram ela esperar em.uma cadeira enquanto vagava o local pra fazer, daí vagou e ninguém avisou a ela. Ela que teve que ir lá falar. Outra que ela pediu uma manicure por 2x e depois de 45 min que a recepcionista colocou o nome dela pra ser atendido. E o pior foi um procedimento que ela colocou no cabelo e tinha que esperar 30min e depois 45min e mandaram ela marcar o tempo e pronto. Ela não tava com relógio nem celular, teve que ficar perguntando as horas aí outros pra não perder o tempo. Isso quem tem que ter atenção é a pessoa que está fazendo o procedimento, marcar o tempo dela e depois avisar: Fulana, vamos que já está bom... Aquele detalhe no atendimento que faz toda a diferença! Fora isso o serviço de botox capilar feito ficou maravilhoso!

For example, my wife arrived to have a procedure and she was told to wait in a chair while the place was vacated, then she wandered off and no one told her. She was the one who had to go there and talk. Another that she asked for a manicure for 2x and after 45 minutes the receptionist put her name to be attended. And the worst thing was a procedure that she put in her hair and had to wait 30min and then 45min and they told her to set the time and that was it. She didn't have a watch or a cell phone, she had to keep asking others what time it was so she wouldn't waste time. The person who is undergoing the procedure has to pay attention, schedule her time and then advise: So-and-so, let's go, that's all right... That detail in the service that makes all the difference! Other than that, the capillary botox service was wonderful!
