★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedia pelo App, mas semana passada fui nessa nova unidade na Mooca e gostei do atendimento, mas hj tive uma experiência não muito agradável... a mulher que estava no comando, estava treinando o rapaz no caixa, com isso a fila ficou grande e perturbadora pq a mulher falava alto severamente com o novato num tom humilhador. Comentei até com outra cliente que estava no banco esperando o seu pedido que se fosse comigo não trabalharia mais ali. Achei muito desagradável assistir a mulher gritando com o rapaz,tentando ensinar, mas num tom além do necessário. Ora ela mandava o rapaz pegar os pedidos e entregar para os moto Boys, ora gritava para o rapaz ir para o cx, um series de gritos desnecessários. Determinado momento eu até gravei um pedacinho do áudio. Eu não sei se o rapaz é parente dela, mas mesmo que seja para nós clientes é constrangedor presenciar esse clima. No demais o combo 4 veio maravilhoso como sempre!
I asked for the App, but last week I went to this new unit in Mooca and I liked the service, but today I had a not very pleasant experience ... the woman who was in charge, was training the boy at the checkout, so the line got big and disturbing because the woman spoke loudly severely to the newcomer in a humiliating tone. I even commented to another customer who was at the bank waiting for her order that if she went with me, she wouldn't work there anymore. I found it very unpleasant to watch the woman yelling at the boy, trying to teach, but in a tone beyond what was necessary. Sometimes she sent the boy to take the orders and deliver them to the Moto Boys, sometimes he shouted for the boy to go to the box, a series of unnecessary screams. At some point I even recorded a little bit of the audio. I don't know if the boy is related to her, but even if it is for us clients, it is embarrassing to witness this atmosphere. In the rest, combo 4 came as wonderful as ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi horrivel. Fatias de peixe amassados e esticados ate ficarem meio transparentes, estão achando que está economizando? Uramaki com doritos e chili sauce, mistura bizarra, e o salmao nem era fatia, era um fiapo. Jogamos fora, de tão ruins. Devem achar que clientes são bestas. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Horrible sushi. Slices of fish mashed and stretched until they are half transparent, are you thinking you're saving? Uramaki with doritos and chili sauce, bizarre mixture, and the salmon wasn't even a slice, it was a lint. We threw it away, it was so bad. They must think customers are beasts. I don't recommend it to anyone.
