Uma recepcionista que não sabe falar com cliente, ninguém entende o que ela fala, não sabe nada que vende no restaurante, não sabe dar uma informação.
Fiquei tão horrorizada com o péssimo atendimento que não tive nem coragem de comer em um lugar desse... Mas não culpo os funcionários, culpo o dono que não deu o MÍNIMO de treinamento aos funcionários. NÃO RECOMENDO!! DESORGANIZADOS, ENROLADOS, DESPREPARADOS E PÉSSIMOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim foi pouco! Como um restaurante de portas abertas, com uma placa de FESTIVAL, rodízio de comida japonesa, tem dois funcionários apenas?? Funcionários esses que não sabem sobre o cardápio, não sabem o que será servido, não tem comanda de rodízio, não sabem os preços dos produtos a lá carte porque o cardápio está desatualizado e não sabem, nem ao menos, atender os clientes?????!
Segundo a própria atendente seria necessário que o funcionário, que nem apareceu, ligasse para a mãe pra saber o que fazer!! Nem de graça volto lá, Deus me livre. Deixando aqui o meu registro pois foi o pior atendimento que recebi em toda minha vida, total desleixo com o cliente.

Guioza oleoso, com alho e coentro (!?) no recheio, bastante oleoso.
Harumaki supostamente com salmão grelhado, mas estava frito.
Peito de frango empanado, com legumes supostamente na chapa, mas estavam... cozidos.
Missoshiro salgado como a água do mar.
Tinha tanta expectativa, mas foi em vão.
Japanese food without the expected taste.

Eles mentem sobre a situação do motoboy, ouvi no telefone a funcionária falando com outro sobre fazer o meu combo, e no telefone me disse que o motoboy já estava saindo com a entrega!!!
Eu sempre comprei nesse lugar mas de um tempo pra cá só decepção referente a tempo de entrega! Será minha última compra!

Bom gosto e prática sobre comida oriental. Além de possuir um preço muito acessível ao cliente que desejam experimentar uma ótima gastronomia oriental.
Provei diversos pratos no festival simples e especial.
Embora a casa tenha que se adequar sobre atendimento ao cliente, os pratos encantam por serem saborosos e com um peculiaridade do local.
Ambiente bem simples lembrando ao familiar, comida incrível em sabor e frescor.
Sashimi de ATUM que derrete na boca, que fortemente lembra o TORO (parte nobre da barriga do atum) e sashimi de TILÁPIA (peixe é tão fresco que a carne branca fica quase transparente).
Pratos quentes com molho agridoce que merece a sua degustação. Como yakisoba com ponto ideal do brócolis e com aquele toque do óleo de gerlim, simplesmente delicioso. O teppan de salmão crosta dourada possui uma suculencia no interior do peixe com um pouco de alho maximizando o tempero, ou seja, muita variedades de pratos excepcionais.
Vou com uma certa frequência lá e acredito que realmente o atendimento é um ponto a melhorar. Mas conhecendo a história do Japa Oriental, foi aberto o restaurante para atendimento no local, apenas a pedido dos clientes pra ter um ambiente para poder degustar pessoalmente e opção de festival.
Sendo em mais de 5 anos que conheço o estabelecimento desde o delivery. Então, vale a pena provar sua gastronomia e ter uma incrível experiência sobre os pratos.

Although the house has to adapt to customer service, the dishes delight for being tasty and with a peculiarity of the place.
Very simple environment reminding the family, food incredible in flavor and freshness.
Melting-in-your-mouth TUNA sashimi, strongly reminiscent of TORO (the noble part of the tuna's belly) and TILAPIA sashimi (fish is so fresh that the white flesh is almost transparent).
Hot dishes with a sweet and sour sauce that deserves a taste. Like yakisoba with broccoli sweet spot and that touch of sesame oil, just delicious. The golden crust salmon teppan has a juiciness inside the fish with a little garlic to maximize the seasoning, that is, many varieties of exceptional dishes.
I go there quite often and I really believe that the service is a point for improvement. But knowing the history of Japa Oriental, the restaurant was opened for service on site, only at the request of customers to have an environment to be able to taste in person and the option of a festival.
It's been over 5 years that I've known the establishment since delivery. So, it's worth tasting its cuisine and having an incredible experience about the dishes.
