O atendimento do garçom de sala é excelente. As peças as vezes são pequenas mas mesmo assim o custo/benefício excelente.
Japa Slz offers a simple but sufficient environment for your proposal: unpretentious but well-prepared cuisine at super inviting prices (in particular the combos). The waiter service is excellent. The parts are sometimes small but the cost/benefit is excellent.

Atendente gripada tossindo e espirrando e atendendo os clientes.
Passei dez minutos na frente de um funcionário, dei boa noite, ele passou o tempo td me ignorando até que eu chamei novamente e ele informou que não fazia pedidos para o local, isso depois de dez minutos na frente dele esperando me atender.
Super long service.

I spent ten minutes in front of an employee, I said good night, he spent the entire time ignoring me until I called again and he informed me that he did not place orders for the place, this after ten minutes in front of him waiting to answer me.

Não fizeram e passamos mais de uma hora e vinte minutos para sabermos que ainda iriam começar a fazer. A gerente não tomou providencia alguma e nem explicou o motivo do atraso. Percebemos que várias pessoas que lá chegaram obtiveram seus pedidos em nossa frente, pularam nossa vez acredito. Fizemos várias solicitações ao atendente, mesmo assim nada fizeram.Cancelamos o pedido, pois estávamos com crianças. Isso demonstra a falta de compromisso e de seriedade do restaurante com a os clientes. Apesar da indicação, eu nunca mais irei nesse lugar. Sou nascido em São Luis e resido em Brasília e nunca passei por isso aqui ou lá antes. Não recomendo. Fui mal tratado e desrespeitado. Procurem outro estabelecimento.
When we arrived at the place we ordered three dishes, it would be 170 pieces and we were informed that it would take about 40 minutes. They didn't and we spent more than an hour and twenty minutes before we knew they were still going to start doing it. The manager didn't take any action and didn't even explain the reason for the delay. We noticed that several people who arrived there got their orders in front of us, they skipped our turn I believe. We made several requests to the attendant, but they still didn't do anything. We canceled the order because we had children. This demonstrates the restaurant's lack of commitment and seriousness with customers. Despite the indication, I will never go there again. I'm born in São Luis and I live in Brasilia and I've never been through this here or there before. I do not recommend. I was treated badly and disrespected. Look for another establishment.
