Comprei uma Moto pelo Banco do Brasil ,levei a carta de crédito e não mi entregaram a nota fiscal para que eu levasse ao banco e queriam que fosse efetuado o pagamento, impossível ser feito este pagamento pelo Banco,e os funcionários não conseguem se entender entre si ficam jogando de um pra outro e nada se faz ,hoje faz 23 dias que efetuei meu pagamento e até hoje não recebi minha moto.

I bought a motorcycle through Banco do Brasil, took the letter of credit and they did not deliver the invoice to me to take to the bank and they wanted the payment to be made, it is impossible to make this payment by the Bank, and employees cannot understand each other. if they are playing from one to the other and nothing is done, today it's been 23 days since I made my payment and until today I haven't received my bike.
