★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos revestimento no dia 07 de janeiro e o vendedor disse na hora da venda que o prazo de entrega seria entre 5 dias, voltamos a loja por volta dos 7 dias após a compra e não haviam recebido o azulejo, hoje já é dia 20/liguei para a loja e um empurra empurra de pessoas falando que a gerente já estava vendo e que me retornariam a ligação. Estou até agora aguardando resolução com a obra parada, pedreiro indo para outro serviço porque o material não chega, jamais volto a comprar nesta loja e não recomendo para ninguém pois atraso com obra é horrível, o descaso com o consumidor também é super desagradável.

Comprei piso e perguntei se caso sobrasse poderia trocar por outro material, a resposta foi que sim, só não devolveria valores, mas na hora que fui trocar o pouco que excedeu já mudaram a conversa,ou seja, pra vender promete uma coisa, o pós venda o cliente que se vire....
