★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do sabor da comida. Só não dou 5 estrelas porqur demoram muito para me entregar. Sempre que peço fico mais de uma hora esperando a entrega. Fora isso é ótimo.
 I really like the taste of the food. I just don't give 5 stars because they take too long to deliver. Whenever I ask, I spend more than an hour waiting for delivery. Other than that, it's great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei diversas vezes, adoro o hotroll sempre muito bom, mas hoje, pedi na promoção e nem o formato fizeram com carinho, tinha uns minúsculos, todo empanado que nem pareciam rotroll. Antes mandavam molho e os hashi, hoje nem isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência não foi muito boa, paguei 50 conto achando q ia vir muita coisa, e quando chega a decepção, tudo muito pequeno, sem cor, hot roll com muito molho ficou muito doce, o atendimento foi bom, e a entrega bem rápido, tinha tudo pra ser bom :( mas infelizmente mesmo foi a 1 e última vez q compro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento era muito melhor quando era a franquia da Shoyo Shoyo. Se tornou Shoyo Carmela, virou de péssima qualidade. Fora que o dono teve a audácia de gritar comigo por um pedido que fizeram errado, informando que o cliente não tem razão e que o ambiente não funciona conforme a lei. Por eu ser cliente do local a mais de 4 anos, eu fiquei mega triste pela forma que fui tratada. Não voltarei, prefiro me deslocar a km de distância do que ser mal tratada! NÃO INDICO. Só não dou zero estrela pq infelizmente tem que dar 1.
The service was much better when it was the Shoyo Shoyo franchise. It became Shoyo Carmela, it became of poor quality. Apart from that the owner had the audacity to yell at me for an order they made wrong, saying that the customer is wrong and that the environment does not work according to the law. As I have been a customer of the place for over 4 years, I was very sad about the way I was treated. I won't be back, I'd rather travel miles away than be treated badly! I DO NOT INDICATE. I just don't give zero stars because unfortunately I have to give 1.
