Ao ligar sempre falavam que já estavam saindo para entregar.
Nem um pedido de desculpa pelo transtorno eu recebi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido 17 horas ,entrei em contato 19 hrs e tive o desprazer de ser atendida por uma mulher bem mal educada que por sinal passou as informações erradas . Agora 20:30 cancelaram meu pedido e nem me informaram.
Nunca mais peço nesse lugar !!
I placed an order at 5 pm, got in touch at 7 pm and had the displeasure of being attended by a very rude woman who, by the way, gave the wrong information. Now 20:30 they canceled my order and didn't even inform me.
I will never order from this place again!!

I placed my order at 10:15 pm and arrived at 11:50 pm. My order had 6 items, only two came and it was cold, worst experience with delivery I've ever had......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Pedi Joy de camarão flambado não veio o camarão, haru hot special ensopado na gordura, tinha só arroz, pq o salmão passou longe, péssimo.
Terrible. I ordered Joy with flamed shrimp, the shrimp didn't come, hot haru special drenched in fat, there was only rice, because the salmon went far, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu primeiro pedido hoje, pedi dois teriaki de R$ 3,00 cada um, mas 2 shoyo de 10ml R$ 1,10 cada .. gergelin e outros adicionais total de R$ 9 e uns centavos que não me lembro exato. E não veio, tentei ligar telefone dando ocupado, procurei um chat ou algo do tipo não achei. Por isso vim aqui.
Só pedi o teriaki pq minha filha só come com ele e ela não comeu pq não tinha o molho dela.
I made my first order today, I ordered two teriyaki of R$ 3.00 each, but 2 shoyo of 10ml R$ 1.10 each .. sesame seeds and other additional ones total of R$ 9 and a few cents that I don't remember exactly. And it didn't come, I tried to call the phone and it was busy, I looked for a chat or something I couldn't find it. That's why I came here.
I only ordered teriyaki because my daughter only eats with it and she didn't eat because she didn't have her sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de informar o meu desprazer de realizar um pedido na Unidade de Bangu ao qual Solicitei um prato e pedi que não colocassem teriyaki, informei na observação e logo em seguida pelo chat, pois bem ao receber meu prato, verifico que foi colocar o Teriyaki no prato, entro em contato com o estabelecimento e recebo a informação que eles não podem mexer no prato pois a franquia não permite remover algo do prato!
Aí minha indignação como assim sou obrigado a comer algo que não gosto, e já que não podem alterar o prato por que não entraram em contato com o cliente para informar!
Postura do atendente péssima, por causa de profissionais assim que queimam o estabelecimento!
Confesso que estou arrependido!

Then my indignation, as well, I'm forced to eat something I don't like, and since they can't change the dish, why didn't they get in touch with the customer to inform them!
Bad attitude of the attendant, because of professionals who burn down the establishment!
I confess I'm sorry!

Mandei foto pelo WhatsApp e eles ignoraram, só falaram que só poderiam dar o estorno se não comesse (detalhe: eram 23h30 da noite, não tinha mais restaurante nenhum aberto, gastei 70 reais pra isso poder ser nossa janta e veio tudo NOJENTO e horrível!) ainda tiveram a cara de pau de falar pra não comer, esperar ATE O DIA SEGUINTE pra eles realizarem a troca
super tiny and poorly assembled parts! all bunches. 12 kani sushi came WITHOUT KANI! I sent a photo via WhatsApp and they ignored it, they only said that they could only refund if I didn't eat (detail: it was 11:30 pm, there was no restaurant open anymore, I spent 70 reais for this to be our dinner and everything came DISGUSTING and horrible! ) still had the nerve to tell them not to eat, wait UNTIL THE NEXT DAY for them to make the switch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido as 22:46 pelo iFood. 23:45 meu pedido saiu para entrega! Esperei até 01:00 da manhã e nada… tentei contato diversas vezes, só me atenderam depois de umas 15 ligações. Péssimo atendimento! Era meu primeiro pedido e tive uma péssima experiência! Fui dormir irritada e com fome. Nunca mais peço nesse restaurante.
I placed my order at 22:46 on iFood. 23:45 my order is out for delivery! I waited until 01:00 in the morning and nothing… I tried to contact them several times, they only answered me after about 15 calls. Terrible attendance! It was my first order and I had a bad experience! I went to bed angry and hungry. I will never order from this restaurant again.
