★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela do celular e pouco depois o touch deixou de funcionar ( dentro do período de garantia) Fui reclamar e recusaram trocar de novo alegando que a pelicula apresentava riscos. Eu disse para retirar a pelicula ( porque a tela estava intacta ) mas eles se negaram, sendo que tinham me informado de que se a tela não estava quebrada a garantia cobriria. Resumindo, eles aplicam um criterio subjetivo que não condiz com as condições acordadas.
I changed the cell phone screen and shortly after the touch stopped working (within the warranty period) I went to complain and they refused to change it again claiming that the film had risks. I said to remove the film (because the screen was intact) but they refused, having informed me that if the screen wasn't broken the warranty would cover it. In short, they apply a subjective criterion that does not match the agreed conditions.
