★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! sou cliente antigo e nunca fui destratado , mas hoje ao fazer uma compra a atendente foi arrogante e debochada sem falar que o produto que eu comprei foi alterado na medida (não tinha a medida que eu pedi) colocaram outra medida e não me avisaram ao verificar o produto percebi o erro, comuniquei a atendente e fui ironizado pela funcionária que ainda debochou como se eu fosse o culpado pelo erro.

I'm an old customer and I've never been treated, but today, when making a purchase, the attendant was arrogant and mocking, not to mention that the product I bought was changed to the measure (it wasn't the measure I asked for) they placed another measure and didn't notify me when checking the product realized the error, communicated the attendant and was mocked by the employee who still made fun of it as if I were to blame for the error.

E o preço e não é atacadão !!!
Hoje fiz (tentei, a atendente não ajudou) um orçamento de atacado e não existe preço de atacado ...
Ou existe e a atendente não quis passar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Durante a pandemia estive na loja mais de uma vez e os funcionários sem máscaras. Parecem que estão sempre com preguiça de trabalhar. Brincam demais entre si durante o atendimento e isso os leva a erro, como o rapaz do caixa me deu o troco faltando R$20 pois na hora do trabalho estava brincando com outro atendente. Realmente funcionários ruins derrubam uma boa loja. Uma pena pois a infraestrutura da loja é ótima. Muitas variedades mas devido ao péssimo atendimento prefiro comprar no Rio. Porém ainda não desisti. Daqui algum tempo voltarei lá para ver se já melhoraram os funcionários.
I didn't like the service. During the pandemic I was in the store more than once and the staff were unmasked. They seem to be always too lazy to work. They play a lot with each other during the service and this leads them to error, as the cashier gave me the change, missing R$20 because at work time he was playing with another attendant. Really bad employees bring down a good store. A shame because the store's infrastructure is great. Many varieties but due to the poor service I prefer to buy in Rio. But I still haven't given up. In a while I'll be back there to see if the employees have improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, com atendimento péssimo, com produtos de má qualidade, sem nenhum tipo de empatia pelo cliente, além de não obedecerem nenhuma norma sanitária, pois mesmo em pandemia todos estavam sem máscaras, também não obedecem as leis do artigo de defesa do consumidor. Recomendo que passem bem longe dessa loja, pois iram se estressar, pois além de trabalharem mal não resolvem nada para os clientes, acho que já passou de tempo de fecharem as portas. Porque o tipo de serviço prestado se fosse péssimo ainda seria elogio.
Terrible store, with terrible service, with poor quality products, without any kind of empathy for the customer, in addition to not complying with any health regulations, because even in a pandemic everyone was without masks, they also do not comply with the laws of the consumer protection article. I recommend that they go far away from this store, as they will get stressed out, because in addition to working poorly they do not solve anything for customers, I think it is past time to close the doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as atendente super mal educadas,um nível de deboche fora do normal, uma verdadeira falta de respeito! E falta de atenção erraram no meu produto e eu ainda tive que pagar por isso, primeira e último vez, estou muito insatisfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi orivel, eles não cumpriu com o que prometeu, eu encomendei 20 copos de long drink pro aniversário do minha filha a duas semanas atrás e agora em cima da hora eles falaram que não vai dar pra fazer, e o aniversário já é amanhã, paguei na hora não tinha o produto mais eles garantiu que ia chegar até meu advogado falou que eles tinham que me dar outro no lugar, eles me ofereceu outro mais queria que eu pagasse a diferença, falta de consideração com o cliente, não indico pra ninguém essa loja, me devolveram o dinheiro é ficou por isso mesmo, agora não consigo fazer mais e não vai ter a lembrançinha no aniversário da minha filha por culpa deles ???????????????????????????????????????
