★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro há quase 2 anos e nesse tempo, pude perceber as mudanças que fizeram no condomínio. As principais foram a lixeira, que antes ficavam a céu aberto, agora encontram- se devidamente alocadas.
Nesse momento em que estamos vivenciando está Pandemia de Covid-19, tentamos nos manter em segurança e é perceptível que a administração do condomínio também se adaptou, pois os funcionários que cuidam da limpeza de áreas comuns e da segurança, utilização do meios de proteção sugeridos pela OMS, como máscaras, álcool em gel e distanciamento.
Todos esses fatores contribuíram para a satisfação de muitos condôminos, sentir segurança e transparência é realmente algo que poucos lugares conseguem assegurar.

At this moment in which we are experiencing is Covid-19 Pandemic, we try to keep ourselves safe and it is noticeable that the administration of the condominium has also adapted, because the employees who take care of the cleaning of common areas and security, use of the suggested means of protection by WHO, such as masks, alcohol gel and distance.
All these factors contributed to the satisfaction of many tenants, feeling security and transparency is really something that few places can guarantee.
