★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento, nos altos, me entregaram ha 3 dias, acabamentos ruins principamente nos banheiros, area de lazer totalmente diferente da proposta, estao terminando e entregando as 3 porradas, parece que pegaram resto de outras obras pra la. Fora que os apartamentos são menores do que nos propuseram no contrato.
Ou seja estamos nos reunindo pra cobrarmos os nossos direitos, pois se deixarmos 1 centavo atrasado não entregam ou querem nos tirar!
I bought an apartment, on the top, they gave me 3 days ago, bad finishes mainly in the bathrooms, leisure area totally different from the proposal, they are finishing and delivering the 3 beats, it seems that they took the rest of other works there. Apart from that the apartments are smaller than what we proposed in the contract.
In other words, we are meeting to collect our rights, because if we leave a penny late they will not deliver or want to take us away!
