 Default Brazil .... confusing lines ... you never know the place of embarkation ... something that would be simple in a serious country ... moreover is a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal organizado, limpo e, com guardas no controle de acesso. Exemplo de terminal padrão, pena que nem todos acompanham o mesmo nível, a grande maioria falta fiscalização!
Terminal organized, clean and with guards at the access control. Example of a standard terminal, too bad that not all follow the same level, the vast majority lack supervision!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa estação do BRT tem ligação com o metrô, porém você tem que pagar para pegar o metrô mesmo já tendo pago no BRT, essa estação é uma estação de ponto final então tem mais chances de você ir sentado no BRT, tem muitas pessoas vendendo tanto fora dos BRT's quanto dentro (sem nota fiscal) tem pouco segurança e quando a fila tá muito grande ninguém respeita isso por falta de autoridades no local!!
This BRT station has a connection with the subway, however you have to pay to get the subway even though you have paid in BRT, this station is an endpoint station so you are more likely to be sitting in BRT, there are a lot of people selling both outside the BRT's and inside (without tax) has little security and when the queue is very large no one respects this for lack of authorities in the place !!

The place is very good but the hygiene of the toilets leaves much to be desired. Always dirty and with a bad odor.can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Serviço já é de baixíssima qualidade, na estação há uma falta de organização que assusta, e o pior a AUSÊNCIA de segurança. Quando está cheia, é um perigo se direcionar ao metrô ou simplesmente sair da estação.

Um absurdo!!! Não existem maquinas nem bilheteria para carregar o RioCard, no acesso entre metrô e BRT!
Elevador sujo e fedido de urina, e banheiro limpo.
Péssimo serviço.
Good station, lack of information and very bad organization.

Elevator dirty and smelly with urine, and clean bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maioria das pessoas que frequentam são extremamente mal educadas, não respeitam as filas. A estação como todas as de BRT são lotadas e mal organizadas. Para ser uma estação terminal deveria ser bem maior. Aos fins de semana praticamente não existem ônibus expressos.
Most people who attend are extremely rude, do not respect the queues. The station like all BRT stations are crowded and poorly organized. To be a terminal station it should be much bigger. At weekends there are practically no express buses.
