No horário combinado fui a loja e depois liguei para saber da previsão e recebi a notícia de que o material só chegaria no dia seguinte. Foi um constrangimento.
I have not had a good experience. I bought the garden supplies in the late afternoon and the store promised to deliver me the next day until noon. At the agreed time I went to the store and then called to know the forecast and received the news that the material would not arrive the next day. It was an embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei SUPER insatisfeita da com o serviço prestado. Quando tive na loja não pude deixar de notar um cliente reclamando da entrega. Vi tbm comentários no Google e mesmo assim eu comprei. Uma empresa sem nenhuma responsabilidade com o cliente e onde a falta de COMUNICAÇÃO predomina. na hora da compra tinha a minha grama e quando fui buscar não tinha mais. A empresa era sim sim para ter deixado reservado ou amenos comunicado que teve problemas (mesmo sabendo que é mentira), estão visando mais o financeiro do que o cliente. Uma pena, já que um bom cliente a casa torna. E eu espero NUNCA mais precisar comprar na loja, pois não é apenas dinheiro e sim dois dias de trabalho perdido. O barato saiu caro.
I was SUPER dissatisfied with the service provided. When I had it at the store I couldn't help noticing a customer complaining about the delivery. I also saw comments on Google and I still bought it. A company with no responsibility to the customer and where the lack of COMMUNICATION predominates. at the time of purchase I had my grass and when I went to get it I didn't have it anymore. The company was rather to have reserved or less communicated that it had problems (even though it is a lie), they are targeting the financial more than the customer. A pity, since a good customer makes the house. And I hope I NEVER need to buy at the store again, as it is not just money but two days of lost work. The cheap was expensive.
