★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com falta de comunicação e esclarecimentos. Deixei um cortador de grama e uma furadeira para "orçamento" no dia 06/04/22, não me ligaram pra avisar do orçamento. No dia 18/04 entrei em contato pra saber sobre o que foi encontrado nas máquinas, me disseram que haviam tentado o contato comigo mas sem sucesso e de que o cortador estava pronto, havia sido consertado e estava disponível para entrega. Isso pq desconheço ter recebido ligações deste lugar, nem mesmo mensagem de WhatsApp, já que não conseguiram contato telefônico. No dia 29/04 me ligaram avisando que as máquinas seriam deixadas em um depósito caso eu não fosse buscar dentro de 30 dias a partir da data de entrada, restando-me apenas 4 dias úteis pra isso.
Na ocasião em que me dirigi até o local para buscar os equipamentos, questionei pq não avisaram do orçamento, uma vez que eu gostaria de ter a opção de não consertar, fui apenas informada que pelo valor do conserto eu não iria querer deixar de consertar, no entanto nem tive essa opção.
Service with lack of communication and clarification. I left a lawn mower and a drill for "budget" on 04/06/22, they didn't call me to let me know about the budget. On 04/18 I got in touch to find out about what was found in the machines, they told me that they had tried to contact me but without success and that the cutter was ready, had been repaired and was available for delivery. That's because I don't know I've received calls from this place, not even WhatsApp messages, since they couldn't get through to the phone. On the 29/04th, they called me telling me that the machines would be left in a warehouse if I didn't pick it up within 30 days from the date of entry, leaving me only 4 working days to do so.
When I went to the place to get the equipment, I questioned why they didn't notify the budget, since I would like to have the option of not repairing it, I was just informed that for the price of the repair I would not want to stop repairing it, however I didn't have that option.
