Só achei os apartamentos muito pequenos, a cozinha nem se fala!
Seguro, o pessoal da portaria tá de parabéns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar bacana, perto do Parque Estadual do Rangedor, do Multicenter Sebrae, e fica entre os shoppings da Ilha, São Luís e Golden. Dá uns problemas de vez em quando por vazamento de gás mas eles consertam. Pra quem joga Pokémon go, tem 3 pokeparadas de fácil acesso e 2 ginásios.
A nice place, close to the Rangedor State Park, Multicenter Sebrae, and is between the malls of Ilha, São Luís and Golden. Gives some problems from time to time by gas leak but they fix it. For those who play Pokémon go, there are 3 easy access pokeparadas and 2 gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio Jardins é muito bom, mas poderia ser melhor se não fossem problemas deixados pela construtora como: falta de estacionamento para o público visitante, falhas nas estruturas das áreas de lazer, etc.
The Jardins condominium is very good, but it could be better if it weren't for problems left by the construction company such as: lack of parking for the visiting public, flaws in the structures of leisure areas, etc.

Possui uma portaria central que dá acesso ao bairro, ao lago, quadra de tênis, campo e pista de skate, além de mais 5 subcondomínios com infraestrutura próprias e acessos com segurança independentes:
Provence, Toscana, Lombardia, Andaluzia e Vêneto.
Excellent location. Close to the Parquinho da Litorânea descent, to the Rangedor Reserve and surrounded by the Golden, Ilha and São Luís shopping malls.
It has a central entrance that gives access to the neighborhood, the lake, tennis court, field and skate park, in addition to 5 more sub-condos with their own infrastructure and access with independent security:
Provence, Tuscany, Lombardy, Andalusia and Veneto.
