★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa tem uma grave falha no atendimento para fazer o cadastro, que nos permite efetuar compras. Pois faz dias que entramos em contato com funcionário representante da mesma (Sr.Kizan), Porém nunca somos visitados. .
Pois só queremos melhorar a nossa empresa, podendo adquirir mais fornecedores para um melhor serviço na Cidade. Mas não encontramos na Javali uma responsabilidade e compromisso no qual procuramos em nossos fornecedores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma distribuidora muito ruim comprei uma bateria em um dos seus representantes e mesmo ela estando na garantia os mesmo não trocaram pois queriam a nota fiscal onde o termo de garantia não cita que devemos ter nota na hora da troca li todo termo mais mesmo assim não fizeram a troca o de os mesmo disseram que somente o representante deles que poderia fazer a troca mesmo informando que onde comprei o representante não se encontrava em Belém e como sou motorista de aplicativo não podia esperar o mesmo chegar das comemorações de final de ano.
Então resolvi sair nesse prejuízo mais já que pediram pra mim avaliar como foi o atendimento na javali autopeças minha experiência foi muito ruim pra falar a verdade péssima, horrível.
