Desorganização, som extremamente alto e profissionais sem treinamento para te prestar um atendimento acolhedor. Ainda mais se deseja levar crianças. Fui até o local pela primeira vez e fui surpreendida em um ambiente escuro e com som ensurdecedor. Digo surpreendida porque era meu aniversário. Mesmo com mesa reservada. Da qual tinham um lounge mais reservado para oferecer. Mesmo diante do meu descontentamento, não tive respeito ao meu feedback e ainda fui ignorada. Fiquei cega de raiva porque era meu dia especial. Nada poderia dar errado. Penso que quando se lida com datas especiais de pessoas e se disponibiliza algo precisa se certificar se aquilo está coerente com o os convidados da aniversariante e se está coerente. Não havia meios de conversar com um som tão alto e ambiente escuro.. Nada viável para a. Ocasião. Te vendem" uma coisa.. Quando na realidade é outra. Perdi meu Dia de comemorar com meus convidados e ainda fui ignorada. O meu Dia do Aniversário eu perdi, pois já não havia local para ir depois de toda uma expectativa. Tremenda falta de respeito. Fui embora com meus convidados também decepcionados. Não recomendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ter ambientes diferentes, são comandas diferentes... Pra ir para o outro ambiente, tem que pagar a comanda do ambiente atual. Achei isso meio esquisito. Porém o lugar é muito legal e animado e os preços não são muito altos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos horas esperando para falar com o gerente, sobre aniversário, ele nos deu um chá de cadeira de 1 hora e pouco... então resolvemos ir embora e fechar em outro bar.
Fora que o bar, não tem cerveja 600ml, é só trabalha com long Neck, pra quem gosta desse tipo de conceito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu 1° contato ao telefone foi normal, fiz a reserva para 16 pessoas, e tudo ok . Chegamos ao local e logo de cara senti um grande despreparo por parte dos atendente. A vdd é que em uma mesas de 16 pessoas apenas 4 conseguiu fazer o pedido, umas 5 nem a comanda foi colocada e considerando a demora acabamos fechando a conta e fomos para outro lugar. Ao fechar de uma das comandas ainda tivemos problemas com cobrança, de 25,90 estavam cobrando 69,00 , mas conseguimos resolver. No mas o lugar tem tudo pra ser bom, o numero de pessoas trabalhando no balcão e fora era de 6 ou 7 suficiente para o espaço, entao acho que com um treinamento tudo pode se resolver.
