★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem montada em local bem estratégico local tem pia e álcool gel disponível ao cliente ,estoque bem diversificado ,bons preços , realmente excelente planejamento da empresa ,porém tem vendedora que subestima a inteligência do cliente ,se procurei a loja e por entender que o item que precisava era necessário não cabe ao vendedor julgar a escolha do cliente e sim atender ou aconselhar uma solução pro cliente em questão digo se eu quiser substituir uma peça a escolha é minha , ao vendedor cabe oferecer o produto e propor soluções , fui ao local comprar um produto se faltou no estoque tudo bem isso é normal e compreensível,mas achar que sabe mais que o cliente fica meio desconfortável fica aí uma dica servir o cliente sem questionar sua necessidade e sim apresentar soluções ,levo está crítica de alertar que nem todo cliente é igual e que todo dia todos nós passamos por aprendizado
