★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! A internet cai sempre, vive dando erros grotescos. Na minha região só tem essa opção, estou mandando mensagem pra tudo que é operadora pra largar disso. Se tiver outra opção, escolha essa outra. Prefiro até a Oi do que isso.
Terrible! The internet always falls, lives giving grotesque errors. In my region only has this option, I'm sending a message to everything that is operator to drop it. If you have another option, choose that one. I even prefer Hi than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa.. concordo demais com a sugestão do Atonio. Sou programadora e sinto muita falta desse suporte no período relatado. Ontem mesmo, fiquei sem o serviço durante toda manha e tarde. E senti muitas oscilações as 02:30 da madruga e infelizmente não tinha ninguém para me ajudar no suporte. Seria um diferencial enorme na empresa, fica a dica.
Wow .. I agree too much with Atonio's suggestion. I am a programmer and I miss this support a lot in the reported period. Just yesterday, I was without the service all morning and afternoon. And I felt a lot of swings at 2:30 am and unfortunately there was no one to help me with the support. It would be a huge differential in the company, is the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente (junho e julho de 2020), o serviço de internet via rádio está deixando de desejar um pouco. Tem dias que a conexão cai e ao tentar ligar pra eles o telefone fica ocupado, ou com interferência tão forte que impossibilita qualquer comunicação.
Lately (June and July 2020), the radio internet service is no longer craving a little. There are days when the connection goes down and when trying to call them the phone gets busy, or with interference so strong that it makes any communication impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada com o serviço , sou cliente antigo e de uns tempo pra cá a internet vem ficado péssima, ligo pra reclamar eu mando msg pelos sites eles retornam e diz que eu estou com acesso a internet porém além de cair trava de mais , horrivel , n careega nem uma simples foto, eu gostaria de uma posição pq eu pago 80 reais num plano de Internet que eu passo a maior parte do tempo reiniciando o aparelho pra retorna o sinal ,falta de serviço e de assistência, so diz que estou com sinal
mas n resolvem o meu problema dessa lentidão ! Preciso de uma posição .

Escrevo esse comentário com objetivo de dar uma sugestão e com o coração aberto de um cliente que espera que seu pedido seja atendido, representando talvez tantos outros. Sou assinante JB e quero destacar que um dos pontos mais positivos da empresa que é o suporte prestado, toda vez que tive que aciona-lo sempre fui muito bem atendido e é justamente ai que entra a minha sugestão como uma forma de reclamação também. Como disse antes o atendimento da empresa é excelente, porém a única coisa que a empresa peca é na falta de antedimento de madrugada. Com o meu perfil existem outros clientes que trabalham nesse horário e infelizmente não dispõem de um técnico nesse período para atendimento. Sei que a empresa não tem obrigação de colocar um técnico nesse período, mas seria um diferencial enorme e de grande valia. Essa semana mesmo tive alguns problemas nesse período relatado e não tinha ninguém para me dar um suporte. Espero que os donos da empresa analisem essa sugestão com carinho.

I am a JB subscriber and I want to point out that one of the most positive points of the company that is the support provided, every time I had to trigger it was always very well attended and that's precisely where my suggestion comes as a form of complaint as well. As I said before, the service of the company is excellent, but the only thing that the company sins is the lack of early hours. With my profile there are other clients who work at this time and unfortunately do not have a technician during this period to attend. I know the company has no obligation to put a technician in this period, but it would be a huge and valuable advantage. This week I had some problems during this reported period and had no one to support me. I hope the owners of the company will consider this suggestion with love.
