★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Minha bagagem foi extraviada na latam, ja passaram p eles ontem, estou aguardado ate hj, é meu aniversario amanhã , tel e site da empresa nao funcionam, n existe como me comunicar e akem de tudo fui imformada que "eu" tenho estar no local p receber minha bagagem.
Resumindo, saio de MG para passar meu aniversário, amanha 11/11 em Pernambuco, e se eu nao sair e comprar pelo menos uma calci ha p usar.... irresponsabilidade e impompetencia total.
Terrible !!! My luggage was lost in the latam, they passed by yesterday, I'm waiting until today, it's my birthday tomorrow, the company's website and tel do not work, there is no way to communicate and akem of everything I was informed that "I" have to be in the place p receive my luggage.
In short, I leave MG to spend my birthday, tomorrow 11/11 in Pernambuco, and if I don't go out and buy at least one calci ha p to use .... irresponsibility and total impompetence.
