★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poires carnes que já comprei. O bife mole deles eh mais duro que carne de vaca velha e até a costela gaúcha ficou dura. Isso que eu pedi que fosse mole pois seria para uma pessoa idosa. Não indico de maneira alguma. Péssimo atendimento e cortes mal feitos.
Poires meats that I already bought. Their soft steak is harder than old beef and even the gaucho rib was tough. This is what I asked to be soft because it would be for an elderly person. I do not indicate at all. Bad service and poorly made cuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse açougue já foi muito bom, agora trabalha com umas peças de carne horrível, acredito que com intuito de ganhar dinheiro. Ainda por cima estamos em plena pandemia, funcionários em pleno atendimento com a máscara abaixada na altura do queixo e atendendo normalmente, como se aquilo fosse normal, estou publicando esse relato, pois isso é inadmissível, ali é um estabelecimento que atende o público deve ser exemplo, pois se fazem isso na parte do atendimento imagina o que fazem aonde só eles tem acesso. FISCALIZAÇÃO E ÓRGÃOS COMPETENTES DA CIDADE DE GUARULHOS VOCÊS DEVEM FISCALIZAR ESSES COMÉRCIOS POIS DEVEM ESTAR COM IRREGULARIDADES. Pois se um item que é simples e obrigatório ( USO DA MÁSCARA) não estava sendo utilizado em horário de trabalho, IMAGINA O QUE NÃO VEMOS. PERDERAM UMA CLIENTE, PELO FATO DE NÃO UTILIZAREM MÁSCARA E A CARNE QUE VENDEM NÃO POSSUÍ NENHUMA QUALIDADE, COM MAL CHEIRO. O AÇOUGUE POSSUÍ MOSCAS. ÁGUA COM SALMOURA SAINDO DOS BALCÕES.

INSPECTION AND COMPETENT BODIES OF THE CITY OF GUARULHOS YOU MUST INSPECT THESE TRADE AS THEY MUST BE WITH IRREGULARITIES. Because if an item that is simple and mandatory (USE OF THE MASK) was not being used during working hours, IMAGINE WHAT WE DON'T SEE. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY DO NOT USE A MASK AND THE MEAT THEY SELL HAS NO QUALITY, WITH A BAD SMELL. THE BUTCHER HAS FLIES. BRINE WATER COMING OUT OF THE BALCONIES.
