A casa que aluguei estava com encanamento do chuveiro entupido e não queriam consertar de jeito pq tinha assinado a vistoria e nela constava que a casa estava tudo certo. Tive que arrumar um encanador e provar que o encanamento estava entupido para eles arrumarem e ainda tive que implorar para arrumarem. Depois que me mudei vi que não funcionava a campainha tive que pedir para arrumar e mais uma vez esperar semanas para entrarem em contato com o proprietário para solicitar o conserto. Não tinha luz na entrada da casa era uma escuridão total a noite e muito perigoso, solicitei a imobiliária e tive que esperar quase um mês para me falarem que o proprietário não iria arrumar a iluminação. Tive que colocar por conta própria. Porta do banheiro que não trancava, rodaime da porta do box quebrado, torneira da pia que ficava pingando tudo eu que tive que pagar para conserta do meu próprio bolso, pq sempre o proprietário não concorda em arrumar pois a casa não tinha nada de errado. Enfim só querem ganhar dinheiro e que vc arrume a casa pra eles.
My valuation is exclusively for real estate! I suffered horrors because of this real estate agency! The house I rented had a clogged shower plumbing and they didn't want to fix it because I had signed the inspection and it was said that the house was all right. I had to get a plumber and prove the plumbing was clogged for them to fix and I even had to beg them to fix it. After I moved I saw that the doorbell didn't work I had to ask to fix it and once again wait weeks to get in touch with the owner to request a repair. There was no light at the entrance of the house, it was completely dark at night and very dangerous, I asked the real estate agency and had to wait almost a month to be told that the owner would not fix the lighting. I had to put it on my own. Bathroom door that didn't lock, box door frame broken, sink faucet that kept dripping, everything I had to pay to fix it out of my own pocket, because the owner always doesn't agree to fix it because the house had nothing wrong. Anyway, they just want to earn money and have you fix the house for them.
