★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar. Tenho que interromper a conversa da atendente pra fazer meu pedido. E já aconteceu comigo umas 3 vezes. Só vou lá pra comprar o litro de açaí pra consumo em casa.
 Service leaves something to be desired. I have to interrupt the attendant's conversation to make my request. And it's happened to me about 3 times. I only go there to buy the liter of acai for consumption at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção com o atendimento de hj, cheguei cansado do trabalho solicitei o pedido, no tanto não tive ao menos resposta pelo atendimento via Whatsapp,fiquei mais de 1hs mandando msg e ainda assim não obtive retorno. Descaso total com o cliente. Infelizmente não recomendaria para amigos.
Disappointment with the service of hj, I got tired of work requested the request, however I had no answer for the service via Whatsapp, I was over 1hs sending msg and still got no return. Total neglect with the client. Unfortunately would not recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, igual as avaliações anteriores. Resumindo, vcs deviam sair do mercado isso SIM. Ontem fiz um pedido as 19:15h chegou 21:07h, e ainda veio ERRADO. Recusei, claro a entrega. A desculpa de vcs é sempre a mesma, não é a 1 nem 2 vez q aconteceu ( Probleminha na cozinha, sempre falam isso) Nuncaaaaa mais peço... excluí da minha agenda esse contato.
Poor service, same as previous reviews. In short, you should leave the market that YES. Yesterday I made a request at 19:15 arrived 21: 07h, and still came WRONG. I refused, of course the delivery. The excuse of you is always the same, is not the 1 or 2 times that happened (Little problem in the kitchen, always say that) Neveraaaa more ... I excluded this contact from my agenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente assíduo desse estabelecimento, porém imagino terem trocado o dono, pois hoje dia 06/03/20 pedi pelo 99food um J Premium e o entregador me trouxe um J Mini. No ato da entrega eu avisei que estava errado e ele me disse que não poderia voltar com o Sanduíche. Disse pra mim entrar em contato com 99food. Liguei e me pediram pra tirar foto do hambúrguer que iriam me responder por email.. Liguei direto no Restaurante e me disseram que iriam preparar outro e mandar entregar. O atraso iria superar mais de 1 hora e o restaurante disse que era pra mim devolver o J Mini já frio e que iria mandar o outro. Enquanto isso o trouxa aqui com fome e irritado seria obrigado a ficar sentindo o cheiro do Sanduíche que é bem pequeno e a atendente ensinoou que eu queria tirar vantagem ficando com os dois sanduíches. Maneira estúpida de resolver um problema.
I am a regular customer of this establishment, but I imagine they have changed the owner, because today 06/03/20 I asked for 99food for a J Premium and the delivery guy brought me a J Mini. Upon delivery I told him I was wrong and he told me that he could not return with the Sandwich. He told me to get in touch with 99food. I called and they asked me to take a picture of the hamburger that they would answer me by email .. I called directly at the restaurant and they told me they would prepare another one and have it delivered. The delay would be over 1 hour and the restaurant said that I was supposed to return the J Mini already cold and that I would send the other one. Meanwhile, the muggle here hungry and angry would be forced to smell the Sandwich, which is very small and the attendant taught me that I wanted to take advantage of the two sandwiches. Stupid way to solve a problem.
