 Budget was a little time consuming (understandable by the demand for incoming services that I noticed). Good service, reception and technician demonstrated knowledge and honesty. Repaired TV with market average price. Pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho realizado com garantia padrão de 90 dias via CDC. Atendimento prestativo e só executam o serviço mediante confirmação do cliente. Estacionamento próprio para um carro, pois devido a avenida não temos como manobrar.
Work performed with standard 90 day warranty via CDC. Helpful service and only perform the service upon confirmation from the customer. Own parking for one car, because due to the avenue we cannot maneuver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Leve sua TV nesse local somente se não existir outra autorizada por perto, pq não compensa o stress.
Cheguei lá 12:10, estava tudo aberto, desci com uma TV gigante e fui recebido de forma muito ríspida pelo dono que me disse que não poderia me atender pois estavam fechados pra almoço. Eu tinha caminhado 2 quarteirões com a TV na mão e o cara me lança uma dessas.
Passado esse primeiro stress, eles estavam totalmente confusos em relação ao funcionamento da garantia da OAC, fui conseguir as informações corretas somente quando liguei diretamente pra marca.
Quando consegui evoluir com a AOC, eles sempre dificultavam com a documentação que a fábrica me pedia, foram me enviar uma ordem de serviço com o detalhamento dos custos depois de muito tempo.
O conserto também levou 20 dias úteis pra finalizar.
Em resumo, só vá a esse lugar se realmente não tiver outra opção.
Terrible attendance! Take your TV there only if there is no other authorized nearby, because it doesn't compensate for the stress.
I got there at 12:10, everything was open, I went down with a giant TV and was greeted very harshly by the owner who told me he couldn't answer me because they were closed for lunch. I had walked 2 blocks with the TV in my hand and the guy throws me one of these.
After this first stress, they were totally confused about the operation of the OAC warranty, I went to get the correct information only when I called the brand directly.
When I managed to evolve with AOC, they always made it difficult with the documentation that the factory asked me, they sent me a work order detailing the costs after a long time.
The repair also took 20 business days to complete.
In short, only go to this place if you really have no other option.
