Foi realizado um conserto de um sofá, e em uma semana o mesmo apresentou o mesmo defeito ( mola solta) após isso , realizada diversas ligações, todas foram atendidas e respondidas dizendo que seria feita a visita. Já foram feitas mais de 5 reclamações, sempre falam que vão comparecer e não dão nenhum tipo de resposta e não comparecem. Alem das ligações foi mandado mensagens no Facebook onde responderam falando que seria corrigido e erro e ate hoje nada. Toda vez colocam como urgência a visita e nada. Resumo, sofá foi pago para consertar e ate hoje esta parado.

Summary, sofa was paid to repair and is still stopped today.
