Coloquei a minha casa para locação , a mais ou menos 2 semanas.
Está quase em seu processo final, preste a assinar o contrato.
Espero não está sendo ancioso o bastante para dar 5 estrelas.
Pesquizei muito antes de colocar o meu imóvel não só para locação com eles, mas também vão administrar.
Quero desde já agradecer a Daniela, super prestativa e acima de tudo paciente kkk.
No momento eu recomendo muito a administradora.

Quem nos deu o primeiro e último suporte foi o Rodrigo, que foi desde o começo das negociações super profissional, atencioso e soube nos dar todas as informações de forma rápida e completa. Um negociador de primeira! Conversamos com a Sandra em outro momento que também agilizou alguns trâmites e ficamos bem tranquilos!
Nos chamou muito a atenção a apresentação do Rodrigo, bem arrumado, com o crachá da empresa e uma comunicação muito boa! Had given 5 stars .but I was disappointed. They didn't even bring a client to visit my property. And the board ripped with time. They didn't even come to exchange. I do not recommend...?

Agora como inquilíno... eles não dão o menos suporte, caso o imóvel precise de reparos estruturais eles se recusam a fazer a execução alegando problemas financeiros do dono do imóvel além de outros problemas que não caberiam em um simples review do google. Estou atualmente procurando outro local para morar pois é insustentável a situação. Se vc for inquilino CORRE.
If you are going to rent your house with them apparently everything is beautiful. Now as a tenant... they don't give the least support, if the property needs structural repairs they refuse to carry out the execution alleging financial problems of the owner of the property in addition to other problems that would not fit in a simple google review. I am currently looking for another place to live as the situation is unsustainable. If you are a tenant RUN.
