★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobinei com eles de me entregarem a caçamba às 7h00 da manhã, a caçamba só chamou às 15h30 da tarde e detalhe como o endereço era no centro tive que segurar a vaga e pagar zona azul até eles chegarem.
Depois pedi a troca da caçamba que já estava cheia por outra vazia demorou dois dias p fazerem a troca e a unica coisa que a atendente sabe dizer é que a caçamba já está à caminho, mas nunca chega.
Só coloquei 1 estrela pq não tem a opção de por menos
I agreed with them to deliver the dumpster to me at 7:00 am, the dumpster only called at 3:30 pm and in detail as the address was in the center I had to hold the space and pay the blue zone until they arrived.
Then I asked to change the bucket that was already full for an empty one. It took two days to do the change and the only thing the attendant knows is that the bucket is already on its way, but it never arrives.
I only put 1 star because you don't have the option to put less
