Não entregou na data pois disse não estar pronto, por ter estragado um material de pintura, pois contratamos o serviço de uma grade já pintada, até ai tudo bem, entendo que materiais podem estragar... Demorou a responder e não atendia o telefone...disse que estava em local que não pegava celular...mais uma justificativa aceita... Disse que podia instalar a grade a partir do meio dia e quem escolheria o horário seria o cliente... Aí começou a bagunça... Marcamos para um horário e depois já não podia, pois depois de ter dito que era qualquer horário, já tinha serviço marcado... Marcou para às 17h e mandou mensagem avisando que viria mais cedo...fiquei animado... Quando chegou e começou a trabalhar, bagunçou tudo de novo. Instalou a grade toda torta, desalinhada, teve que fazer novas soldas e disse que não tinha mais tinta pra dar o retoque, me disse pra comprar um spray e pintar... Portões desalinhados, depois fui perceber que até furos de solda na estrutura existiam. Aí disse que os portões não tinham ficado muitos firmes, pois faltava uma estrutura de concreto. E ainda deixou a grama meio bagunçada.
Veio na minha casa, mediu o tamanho da grade, viu o local de instalação e não teve coragem de me orientar no que fazer antes de instalar... Depois de ter ficado muito chateado, ter gasto um dinheirão, chego a conclusão de que essa empresa e profissional não merecem que eu os indique a ninguém. E detalhe...ainda disse que ficou enrolado pq pegou muito serviço e não tava dando conta... Pq não dispensa e trabalha do jeito certo.

He said he could install the grid from noon and who would choose the time would be the customer ... Then the mess started ... We made an appointment and then I couldn't, because after I said it was any time, I already had an appointment ... He made it at 5 pm and sent a message saying that more would come early ... I was excited ... When he arrived and started to work, he messed up everything again. He installed the grid all crooked, misaligned, had to make new welds and said he didn't have any more paint to do the finishing, he told me to buy a spray and paint ... Misaligned gates, then I realized that even solder holes in the structure existed . Then he said that the gates had not become very firm, as a concrete structure was missing. And it still left the grass a little messy.
He came to my house, measured the size of the grid, saw the installation site and did not have the courage to guide me on what to do before installing ... After being very upset, having spent a buck, I come to the conclusion that this company and professional do not deserve me to refer them to anyone. And detail ... I still said it was messed up because it took a lot of service and I was not able to handle it ... Because it doesn’t let you down and works the right way.
