Fui muito mal atendido até mesmo pela minha idade,deveria ser bem diferente.
Não tive minha mercadoria entregue, que foi paga e ainda não tive a restituição do valor pago.

Comprei uma tábua de pinus de 3 metros e além de dizerem que não tinham como cortar no meio pra eu levar no carro, pedi um arco de serra todo lascado que tava pendurado lá pra eu mesmo cortar e me foi negado afirmando que iria cegar a lâmina se eu cortasse ao meio UMA TÁBUA DE PINUS... Isso realmente me deixou chateado.. Na concorrente bosio Madeiras já precisei cortar e pediram até as medidas pra cortarem como cortesia..
I usually buy at jca but I'm seriously thinking about not buying it.. I bought a 3 meter pine board and in addition to saying they couldn't cut it in half so I could take it in the car, I asked for a saw bow all chipped that was hanging there for me to cut myself and I was denied saying that it would dull the blade if I cut A PINE BOARD in half... This really made me upset.. At the competitor bosio Madeiras I already had to cut and they even asked for the measurements to cut as a courtesy. .
