★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível pra quem tem que fazer entregas, assim como eu que sou fornecedor. O recebimento está precario por alguns meses já. Os operadores de empilhadeiras fazem total pouco caso pra quem está aqui dentro aguardando pra entregar algum material, eles enrolam até dar a hora de almoço deles e depois largam você no sol. Pessimo atendimento
 Horrible for those who have to make deliveries, just like I'm a supplier. Receipt is precarious for a few months already. The forklift operators make no small difference to whoever's in here waiting to deliver some material, they roll up their lunch hour and then drop you in the sun. Terrible attendance

Venho em meio desta relatar meu total descaso com JCB máquinas, efetuei a compra de uma mini-carregadeira JCB MOD. 250 Cab. de ar, NF 442274 (nova) na filial Coopercitrus de Pirassununga, até então o vendedor Daniel nos deu total garantia que em caso de problemas na máquina, teriam peças para suprir nossa necessidade. Na segunda revisão de 1000 hras, a máquina começou a apresentar defeitos, onde acionamos a filial coopercitrus de Casa Branca que prestam serviços de assistência a máquinas JCB. Já fazem 2 meses que estamos aguardando uma solução para resolvermos esse problema e até o momento nada, chegaram a encomendar uma peça que viria da Inglaterra, a peça chegou, porem apresentou defeito.
A minha dúvida é, se caso minha máquina parar de funcionar de vez, ainda na garantia, a JCB irá disponibilizar outra nova? vai arcar com os prejuízos da minha fábrica parada? Compramos acreditando na marca forte que a JCB tem.
Aguardo retorno o mais breve possível, pois ate o momento não resolveram minha situação.
JCB MACHINE WARRANTY MOD. 250 CAB AIR COND.
I come in the middle of this reporting my total neglect with JCB machines, I purchased a JCB MOD skid steer. 250 Cab. Air, NF 442274 (new) in the Coopercitrus branch of Pirassununga, so far the seller Daniel has given us full assurance that in case of machine problems, they would have parts to meet our need. In the second 1000 hr overhaul, the machine started to fail, where we operated the White House coopercitrus branch that provides JCB machine service. It's been 2 months now that we are waiting for a solution to solve this problem and so far nothing, have even ordered a part that would come from England, the part arrived, but has failed.
My question is, should my machine ever stop working, still under warranty, will JCB make a new one available? Will you bear the damage of my stopped factory? We buy believing in the strong brand that JCB has.
I await return as soon as possible, because so far have not resolved my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente comprou uma retroescavadeira da JCB acreditando na seriedade da marca e compromisso com garantia e não tivemos, pois a maquina desde que completou 500hs trabalhada vem aparecendo defeitos de instalação eletrica e a representante aqui em fortaleza NORMAQ so levando a gente na conversa, não sei o que fazer mais pois temos que pagar o financiamento e a consecionaria não agi como prometeu no ato da venda. POR ISSO NÃO ACONSELHO A MARCA JCB PARA NINGUEM POIS NÃO TEM GARANTIA. POIS FICA AQUI A MINHA INDIGUINAÇÃO
We bought a backhoe from JCB believing in the seriousness of the brand and commitment to warranty and we did not have it, since the machine has completed 500 hours of work and there are defects in electrical installation and the representative here in Fortaleza NORMAQ just taking us in the conversation, I don't know what to do more because we have to pay the financing and the consection would not act as promised at the time of sale. SO I DON'T ADVISE THE JCB BRAND TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT HAS NO WARRANTY. BECAUSE MY INDIGUINATION IS HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia parceiros somos de Santarém do Pará e aqui temos uma empresa de artefatos de concreto e junto uma locadora de máquinas, acontece que temos máquinas da JCB, e está máquinas foram compradas numa concessionária aqui da cidade, acontece que sem nenhum aviso aos consumidores extinguiram o contrato e nos deixando na mão sem nenhuma assistência, com isso tem nos transtornado, a mais ou menos 1 ano veio uma nova concessionária da qual já se declararam incompetente pra da assistência em máquinas mas antigas, somente as novas que continuam vendendo pro oeste do Pará, o que gostaria de saber como é que ficará a assistência destes equipamentos quando inspirar a garantia? Uma vez a concessionária não tem equipamentos e nem ferramenta pra retirar alguns componentes, e desta forma temos que ficar com nossas máquinas parada por não poder nem retirar o equipamento danificado, porém nós tentamos de todas as formas conversar com alguém da JCB BRASIL e sem êxito, os telefones ninguém atende e o site é complexo pra passar reclamações o que entendo, pra realmente não serem importunados, olha que a JCB é indústria INGLESA, lá eles tem todos os cuidados com seus clientes e porque neste país vira gato e sapato, estou muito chateado com as atitudes tomadas tanto pela JCB E CONCESSIONÁRIA, legando-nos ao abandono, talvez nunca foram questionados por outros consumidores destes equipamentos, por acharem que não adianta reclamar, mas vou ver onde fica nosso direito nesta condição.

Since the dealership does not have equipment or tools to remove some components, and thus we have to keep our machines stopped because we cannot even remove the damaged equipment, but we tried in every way to talk to someone from JCB BRASIL and without success , no one answers the phones and the site is complex to pass complaints what I understand, to really not be harassed, look that JCB is an ENGLISH industry, there they take care of their customers and because in this country it becomes a cat and a shoe, I am very upset with the attitudes taken by both JCB AND CONCESSIONAIRE, bequeathing us to abandonment, maybe they were never questioned by other consumers of this equipment, because they think it's no use complaining, but I'll see where our right is in this condition.
