★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A portaria nem sempre pedi identificação de pedestres, a entrega para carros é só um portão, os elevadores nem sempre estão funcionando, o pessoal respeita as regras e área de lazer é boa.
The concierge did not always ask for pedestrian identification, the delivery for cars is just a gate, the elevators are not always working, the staff respects the rules and the leisure area is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto de apartamentos mediano com quartos e salas bem pequenos. Tem uma razoável área de lazer com churrasqueira e piscina que por ser mal projetada fica o tempo todo na sombra dos prédios e não recebe sol. O estacionamento não é coberto.
Average set of apartments with very small rooms and rooms. It has a reasonable leisure area with barbecue and swimming pool which, being poorly designed, is always in the shade of the buildings and does not receive sun. Parking is not covered.
