500 g de arraia pré-cozida e desfiada 1/2 cebola picada 1/2 pimentão picado 2 dentes de alho amassado 1/2 xícara (chá) de azeite de oliva 1 xícara (chá) de coentro e cebolinha picados 1 colher (sopa) de azeite de dendê 1 garrafa de 200 ml de leite de coco 1 caixa de 200 g de creme de leite sal a gosto Em uma panela, coloque o azeite de oliva e refogue a cebola, o alho e o pimentão até dourar. Acrescente a carne da arraia desfiada e vá mexendo até misturar tudo. Acrescente o restante dos ingredientes e vá mexendo até ficar homogêneo e cremoso. Cozinhe por mais 5 minutos e retire do fogo. Coloque em um refratário e sirva com arroz branco.
