A justificativa apresentada foi férias de uma funcionária. O preço é bom, a tal funcionária é gentil, mas na sua ausência, o atendimento deixou a desejar.
The post sale leaves much to be desired. The deadlines delimited in my sale were not met. I needed to be wearing and calling to collect product delivery. The justification presented was an employee's vacation. The price is good, the staff is kind, but in her absence, the service left something to be desired.
