★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei orçamento de um armário em L. A primeira impressão foi muito boa. Pensei ter encontrado uma empresa séria que aliasse preço justo e qualidade.
O atendimento foi muito bom até a contratação.
A entrega foi feita de acordo com o esperado.....
Porém na instalação do armário começaram alguns problemas. Houve danos no acabamento durante o processo, alguns amassados, batidas, lascas....enfim.
Conforme orientação dos montadores fiz a reclamação direto com o proprietário Diego Fernando de Oliveira, porém este não me deu atenção devida. Após muita insistência, consegui que enviassem um marceneiro para fazer os devidos reparos. Sim ele os fez mas causou outros.
Resumindo.....hoje quase 4 anos depois meu armário ainda está com a porta empanada, os puxadores até arranhados (devido atrito da porta empanada), sem regulagem no corrimento das portas nos trilhos (elas batem nas laterais do armário) e como se não bastasse um total descaso por parte do Sr. Diego. Ele não retorna minhas ligações nem minhas mensagens do Whatsapp.
Estou muito decepcionada e indignada, pois cumpri minha parte na contratação e fiz o pagamento a vista. Deveria ser tratada com o minimo de respeito.
Gostaria muito que tudo isso.se resolvesse o quanto antes e ter um armário conforme o contrato, planejado sob medida e em perfeito estado.
Minha indignação é muita. Tentarei mais uma única vez e caso não tenha soluções processarei está empresa pois me sinto enganada e subestimada.

 I asked for a quote for a cabinet in L. The first impression was very good. I thought I found a serious company that combined fair price and quality.
The service was very good until the hiring.
Delivery was made as expected .....
However, with the installation of the cabinet some problems started. There was damage to the finish during the process, some dents, knocks, splinters ... whatever.
As directed by the editors, I made the complaint directly with the owner Diego Fernando de Oliveira, but he did not give me due attention. After much insistence, I got them to send a cabinetmaker to do the necessary repairs. Yes, he did, but he caused others.
In short ..... today almost 4 years later my closet still has the breaded door, the handles are even scratched (due to the friction of the breaded door), without adjustment in the sliding of the doors on the rails (they hit the sides of the cupboard) and how if a total neglect on the part of Mr. Diego was not enough. It does not return my calls or my Whatsapp messages.
I am very disappointed and indignant, as I fulfilled my part in the hiring and made the payment in cash. It should be treated with the minimum of respect.
I would very much like all of this to be resolved as soon as possible and have a cabinet according to the contract, planned to measure and in perfect condition.
My indignation is very much. I will try once more and if I don't have solutions I will sue this company because I feel cheated and underestimated.
