Tive problema nessa loja em que meu veículo saiu danificado, retornei e eles se esquivaram do problema que tinham causado. Fui em uma oficina e após o mecânico identificar qual foi o problema liguei imediatamente pra o dono da loja e informei do defeito causado por eles, em vão. O dono continuou insistindo que não foi na oficina dele o problema causado.
Não indico a ninguém essa loja
Bad service, worse after sales. This company provides a service that looks like the customer is asking for a favor. I had a problem in that store where my vehicle was damaged, I returned and they avoided the problem they had caused. I went to a workshop and after the mechanic identified what the problem was, I immediately called the store owner and informed them of the defect caused by them, in vain. The owner continued insisting that the problem was not caused in his workshop.
I don't recommend this store to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço a troca de óleo do meu carro sempre na JE. Gosto do atendimento dos meninos, são sempre muito solícitos, o preço cobrado nos serviços também é muito bom. E para mim o principal é o tempo de espera pelo serviço, que é bem baixo se comparado a outros lugares do mesmo seguimento.
