Poxa, a gente mora tão longe e fica tão difícil ir apenas para marcar consulta...o hospital ainda diz! Ligue pra saber!!! AFFF...tenho boas referências de vcs, mas o atendimento via telefone está muito difícil....
 Could someone please let me know a contact where I can get in touch with the hospital, as I have been calling 3239-3800 for days and I can't...just wait and nothing!!!!!!!! Wow, we live so far away and it's so hard to go just to make an appointment...the hospital still says! Call to find out!!! AFFF...I have good references from you guys, but telephone service is very difficult....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um hospital ótimo organizado, limpo, povo atencioso e educado e confortável só falta climatizar mais a sala de espera ou manter alguém na portaria p deixa a porta sempre fechada ou usar um mecanismo automático de abre e fechar sensor de presença.
And a great hospital, organized, clean, attentive, polite and comfortable people just need to acclimatize the waiting room more or keep someone at the entrance p keep the door always closed or use an automatic opening and closing mechanism for the presence sensor.

They always hang up on me, and never know how to report anything. Poorly trained and uninformed reception staff. Having the reception and not having it is the same thing.

Já passei mais de 2 meses ligando pra confirmar uma consulta que foi marcada para domingo 12/12/21 sendo que nem existe atendimento de consultas aos domingos e mar marcaram. A paciente mora no interior, faz tratamento de câncer e não pode ficar fazendo viagens desnecessárias.
Agente liga e não atendem. As atendentes do setor geral já disse que no setor de consultas só atende apartir das 16h. E já tentei várias vezes também e não consigo.

I'm outraged at the Department of Adhesion at this hospital. I've spent more than 2 months calling to confirm an appointment that was scheduled for Sunday 12/12/21 and there is no appointment for appointments on Sundays and at sea. The patient lives in the countryside, undergoes cancer treatment and cannot go on unnecessary trips.
Agent calls and no answer. The attendants in the general sector have already said that in the consultation sector, they only serve after 4 pm. And I've tried several times too and I can't.
