A horror the attendance at screening. They are careless, unprepared and limited. Mismatched information, little case and make you stupid because of wrong information. Prefer the much more organized Unisanta office.

Tenho meu nome negativado por contas atrasadas do ano de 2008 no valor original de pouco mais de $5.000,00 (cinco mil reais) e o valor negativado é mais de $ 56.000,00 (cinquenta e seis mil reais) e com isso, me impedindo de adquirir ferramentas de trabalho
O Sr Raphael Rocha da vase de Santos-SP, recusou minha solicitação de que retirassem a informação negativa junto ao Serasa, alegando que através desse órgão (JEC) que só poderia atender tal solicitação, caso o valor fosse até $19.000,00 (dezenove mil reais).
Pergunto eu, o valor limite estabelecido por esse órgão é referente a dívida ORIGINAL ou simplesmente pelo valor julgado sem noção pelo credor?

Mr Raphael Rocha from the vase in Santos-SP, refused my request that they remove the negative information from Serasa, claiming that through this body (JEC) that could only fulfill such request, if the amount was up to $ 19,000 reais).
I ask, is the limit value set by this body referring to ORIGINAL debt or simply the amount judged clueless by the creditor?
