★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes até a concessionária tentar fazer test-drive no novo Jeep Compass 2022 e mal fui atendido, deve ser um problema da Amazonas, mesmo problema na loja Eng Caetano Alvares. Comprei o carro em uma loja Multi Marcas.
 I went twice to the dealership to try to test-drive the new Jeep Compass 2022 and I was barely assisted, it must be a problem at Amazonas, the same problem at the Eng Caetano Alvares store. I bought the car at a Multi Brands store.

Falaram que iriam me retornar, mas não retornaram.
Ligo e ninguém atente. Acho que será meu primeiro e último jeep, mesmo porque o carro está com 4000km, e já está me dando problemas. Não vejo a hora de vender.
They don't give any customer satisfaction.
They said they would get back to me, but they didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na compra não cumpriram com o combinado em fazer alguns reparos, mas para minha surpresa na revisão fui muito bem atendido e ainda o gerente da revisão conseguiu fazer os reparos nota 1.000 para o pessoal de revisão já para o vendedor sem comentários.
In the purchase they did not comply with the agreement to make some repairs, but to my surprise in the review I was very well attended and even the review manager managed to make the repairs 1,000 note for the review staff already for the seller without comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim fazer a revisão de freios e acabei fechando outros serviços , atendimento top, gentil da Thalita, Whashington, da gerencia Emerson e enquanto cuidavam do meu carro, cuidaram de mim, massagem, limpeza de pele e hidratação na faixa....é mimo que fideliza a pessoa...Estão de Parabéns!

Já tive atendimentos mais gentis em outras concessionárias mas no geral é ok!
Location with good professionals and good location. They could improve reception for review services, better guidance on where the customer should wait, offer coffee, water, etc.
I've had kinder assistance at other dealerships but overall it's ok!
