★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na troca do meu carro fui muito bem atendida entreguei meu carro com tudo certo, depois de 10 meses bati com o carro e deu PT, tinha 15 multas do antigo proprietário e fui descontada na minha indenização desse valor, tem 2 meses que sofri o acidente desde então estou tentando ser reembolsada pela Azurra e não consigo, enviei todos os documentos que pediram mas eles não tem interesse nenhum em resolver, e sei que pelas normas da empresa esse valor foi descontado do antigo proprietário.
When changing my car I was very well attended, I delivered my car with everything right, after 10 months I crashed the car and gave PT, I had 15 fines from the former owner and I was deducted from my indemnity of that amount, it has been 2 months since I suffered the accident since then i'm trying to get reimbursed by Azurra and i can't, i sent all the documents they asked for but they have no interest in solving it, and i know that according to the company's rules this amount was deducted from the former owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui agendar a revisão do meu JEEP pelo telefone 3959.5328 opção 2. Fui transferido 2 vezes até que alguém me mandou ligar no 2187.8008, que só dá ocupado. Alô Azzurra! Sugiro rever procedimentos.
I couldn't schedule my JEEP to be serviced by calling 3959.5328 option 2. I was transferred twice until someone told me to call 2187.8008, which is busy. Hello Azzurra! I suggest reviewing procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Azzurra desde 2015 e nunca tive problemas até abril de 2022. Conforme outras reclamações aqui, é absolutamente impossível agendar uma revisão do jeep. Ao telefonar diversas vezes ou transferida fico na espera pois o setor de oficina NUNCA atende o telefone. Tentei ontem contato via WhatsApp e uma pessoa respondeu ué iria passar meus dados para que o setor de oficina é telefonasse para agendar. NINGUEM DA OFICINA ME LIGOU DE VOLTA. Parece que estamos suplicando para eles ganharem nosso dinheiro. Deveriam tratar em os clientes mas o descaso mostra que devem estar ganhando muito dinheiro e não precisam trabalhar. LAMENTAVEL
I have been an Azzurra customer since 2015 and I never had any problems until April 2022. As per other complaints here, it is absolutely impossible to schedule a jeep service. When calling several times or transferred, I am on hold because the workshop sector NEVER answers the phone. Yesterday I tried to contact via WhatsApp and a person replied that he would pass my data so that the workshop sector could call to schedule. NO ONE FROM THE WORKSHOP CALLED ME BACK. It looks like we're begging them to earn our money. Customers should be treated but neglect shows that they must be earning a lot of money and don't need to work. UNFORTUNATE
