★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei caro o preço. Fiz revisão de 48.000 KM e pedi para trocar o fluído de arrefecimento. O manual fala 4,9Lt. Foi adicionado 1,5L e eu levei 0,5L para completar em casa. A troca me custou R$290,00 e não utilizaram o líquido de arrefecimento especificado no manual. Veja foto abaixo.
I found the price expensive. I reviewed 48,000 KM and asked to change the coolant. The manual speaks 4.9Lt. 1.5L was added and I took 0.5L to complete at home. The exchange cost me R$290.00 and they didn't use the coolant specified in the manual. See photo below.

My purchase experience was good, but the after sale is disappointing, I've been complaining with the salesperson Denise about 2 fines that came on my car from the previous owner since December 22nd, and I didn't get any response, I'm disappointed.

Estou muito decepcionada com tudo que vem acontecendo, fiz o pedido de compra de um carro com assinatura e envio do contrato em dezembro/2021, fui informada que o carro havia sido faturado em fevereiro e chegaria até final de março.
Após inúmeras ligações, informações desencontradas, promessas de entrega ainda não recebi o veículo e a concessionária continua sem me passar previsão definitiva para entrega ( a última vez foi de que o veículo seria entregue na semana passada abril/2022) o carro também foi refaturado pela Jeep mês passado, um verdadeiro absurdo e descaso da Jeep e sua revendedora.
Aguardo minimamente um contato da gerência para satisfação sobre o que está ocorrendo de forma concreta e previsão definitiva.

I am very disappointed with everything that has been happening, I placed an order for a car with signature and delivery of the contract in December/2021, I was informed that the car had been invoiced in February and would arrive by the end of March.
After numerous calls, mismatched information, delivery promises I still haven't received the vehicle and the dealership still doesn't give me a definitive delivery forecast (the last time was that the vehicle would be delivered last week April/2022) the car was also re-invoiced by Jeep last month, a real absurd and neglect of Jeep and its dealership.
I'm waiting at least for a contact from the management for satisfaction about what is happening in a concrete way and definitive forecast.
