★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei um carro na Internet e mandei mensagem, a vendedora Mayra manteve contato, eu sinalize os carros que eu gostaria e ela disse que não tinha e não deu sugestões, eu perguntei se o atendimento acabava ali e que eu procuraria outro vendedor, ela passou para outro vendedor ( Leandro) que me deu uma opção e disse que outros apenas acima de R$ 100,000. Disse para eu ir até a loja e escolher. Eu pesquisei na Internet e encontrei pelo menos 04 carros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência não poderia existir com esta Concessionária JEEP TORIBA.
Deu a impressão que estava em uma loja de auto shopping e não em uma concessionária Jeep.
Definitivamente esta loja me fará repensar minhas próximas compras com a marca. Extremamente inflexiveis na negociação, e aquilo que prometem não cumprem.
Meu caso foi uma compra de um veículo zero km e na hora da negociação PROMETERAM faturamento como zero km e entrega na data acordada EM PEDIDO.
Fato é que após o pagamento do sinal e a transferência em cartório do meu veículo dado na negociação, TUDO MUDOU, ou seja, as únicas "CONDIÇÕES QUE ELES PROMETERAM" disseram que não seria mais possível, ou seja, o carro já não vai ser faturado como zero km (será faturado para uma outra pessoa e depois será faturado pra mim como usado e não explicaram o porque disso apesar de eu saber o motivo que direi logo abaixo), o prazo de entrega estabelecido no pedido já não poderá ser mais atendido. Enfim ENGANAÇÃO TOTAL.
Me parece que esta questão do faturamento, inclusive, seria uma prática apenas para bater meta uma vez que o meu faturamento só ocorreria em 2022 então eles fazem o faturamento em nome de outra pessoa em 2021, PARA BATER META E COMISSÕES, e em jan22 fazem o extorno deste faturamento para faturar para mim já como um CARRO USADO, E O ÚNICO PREJUDICANDO SERIA EU nesta história. Enfim o gerente da loja parecia um vendedor de auto shopping, intransigente, nada simpático, péssima comunicação, e só queria levar vantagem no negócio. ENFIM PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE E EXPERIÊNCIA DE ATENDIMENTO.
Abri um chamado na ouvidoria da JEEP reportando o assunto e dando minha avaliação da experiência que tive para que outros consumidores não caiam nesta FURADA.
Só não dou ZERO ESTRELAS porque não dá.

The fact is that after the payment of the down payment and the transfer to the registry office of my vehicle given in the negotiation, EVERYTHING CHANGED, that is, the only "CONDITIONS THAT THEY PROMISED" said that it would no longer be possible, that is, the car will no longer be billed as zero km (it will be billed to another person and then it will be billed to me as used and they didn't explain why, although I know the reason I'll say below), the delivery time established in the order can no longer be met. . Finally, TOTAL MISSION.
It seems to me that this issue of billing, actually, would be a practice just to hit the target, since my billing would only occur in 2022 so they do the billing on behalf of someone else in 2021, TO BEAT THE TARGET AND COMMISSIONS, and in Jan22 they do the return of this billing to bill for me already as a USED CAR, AND THE ONLY HARMING WOULD BE ME in this story. Anyway, the store manager seemed like an auto mall salesman, intransigent, not at all friendly, poor communication, and just wanted to take advantage of the business. FINALLY POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
I opened a call at the JEEP ombudsman reporting the matter and giving my evaluation of the experience I had so that other consumers do not fall into this DRILL.
I just don't give ZERO STARS because I can't.
