Sou leigo no assunto peças de carro (original ou não) , pensei que pelo menos fossem originais, mas não eram...
Perderam um cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Loja é excepcional quanto a estrutura e estoque de peças de Jeep, mas está pecando no atendimento por telefone e whatsapp. Mensagens não são lidas e quando leem não retornam. Meu esposo foi na loja comprar e encontrou vendedores sem fazer nada. Então porque não respondem os clientes? O atendimento presencial é bom. Fica aqui a crítica construtiva.
The Store is exceptional in terms of structure and inventory of Jeep parts, but it is failing in terms of telephone and WhatsApp service. Messages are not read and when they are read they are not returned. My husband went to the store to buy and found sellers doing nothing. So why don't customers respond? The face-to-face service is good. Here is the constructive criticism.

To tentando fazer uma compra a mais de duas horas via telefone e whatsapp e infelizmente o descaso é grande. Caso não queiram atender a determinados clientes é só dizer que não vai atender e não enrolar.
